Erik Schubert (b. Omaha, NE) received his MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and his BFA from Columbia College Chicago. In November 2013, Erik released his first book, How to Win Friends and Influence People, published by Lavalette. His work has been exhibited and published nationally and internationally. Erik has taught photography at MassArt, Greenfield Community College, the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and was the Senior Curation Manager at VSCO. Currently, he is a Lecturer of Photography at the University of Colorado Denver. Most recently you can find new commissioned work in Double Magazine's issue #33 and forthcoming work in "To Good To Be Photographed", edited by Paul Paper and published by Lugemik. Erik currently resides in Denver, CO.
